BRIEF BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES

Filippo Panseca was born in Palermo 5 march 1940.Since 1968 he has lived in Milan – Italy. He teaches painting at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, of wich he has also been Deputy Principal. He has partecipated in numerous art exhibitions in Italy and abroad. He has also been invited to the Rome Quadriennali, the Milan Triennali and to the Venice and Milan Biennali. He teaches Computer Art at New Department of Visual Art – Brera Academy of Fine Art in Milan. Until now has done more than 70 personal exhibitions in Italy and in other countries. In 1997 he has funded and takes care in the Island of Pantelleria (Italy) the MAU MediArtUniversity and in Milan, Artbank, a virtual gallery at the website www.artbank.it After 1999 he has partecipated in: The Sacre in Art – Novara, Publicity – A view from art – Milan, Miniaci International Art Gallery – Milano, Italian Artist – Museo of Modern Art – Taegu – Korea, Invitad to partecipate at the Forum Digital Visual Art Hewlett Packard – Barcelona – Spain, Invited to teach a stage based on Computer Art from “New Department of Visual Art – London University, Invitated for a personal from the Museo de la Nacion Lima Perù.
